Discovering our client Dassault Aviation on the Merignac site

On September 18, 2023, CIR AERO participated in a visit to the Dassault Aviation industrial site in Mérignac with around forty companies from the GIFAS Commercial Commission.

With the presence of the Dassault Aviation’s Director of Operational Purchasing, as well as a large part of his team from the Mérignac place that we were able to discover the issues linked to the increase in production rate and the taking into account of decarbonization by all actors in the sector. This was the opportunity to continue with a B2B exchange section with the group’s purchasing department and all the participants.

Thanks to this visit we were able to discover the history of Dassault Aviation, which remains the last aviation group in the world owned by the family of its founder, a nugget of know-how in French industry.

In addition to the manufacturing of current DASSAULT programs, the immense Mérignac site houses models of old production which demonstrate the fabulous history of this company.

It is thanks to these leading meetings that we can better understand the challenges and expectations of our customers in order to support them with their daily needs.
